Our street address is visible
on your company’s public information profile and can be used as your mailing
address. Arizona Registered Agent Service™ will accept all mail and service of
process here on your behalf and scan/email them to you.
Our Arizona office handles
mail differently than our Nevada office. This mail service is included in your
$39 yearly service but works differently than our Nevada office. Our Arizona business
address is for official correspondence regarding your company and general
mailing purposes. We are happy to provide this service with your $39 annual
fee. THE USE OF OUR
ADDRESS INCLUDED WITH OUR $39/YEAR SERVICE IS FOR ESTABLISHING A PRESENCE IN ARIZONA
AND IS NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PERSONAL OR OTHER CORRESPONDENCE OUTSIDE OF
OFFICIAL STATE OR GOVERNMENT BUSINESS. THE $39/YEAR SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
MERCHANT ACCOUNTS, MONTHLY RECEIVABLES, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, PAYMENTS,
EXCESSIVE VOLUMES OF MAIL/SCANNING, UTILITY BILLS, PERSONAL CORRESPONDENCE, OR
INVOICING.
If you need to use our
address for other correspondence, we offer a separate MAIL FORWARDING service to which you will need to
subscribe. Mail activities such as these incur an additional fee, and more
information can be found on our website at this MAIL FORWARDING page.
We do not maintain a
storefront or customer-facing office.
We are service providers only. This is not a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for
operating a storefront business, and you are not conducting in-person business
at this location. This is only a business address for establishing a presence
in Arizona.
1. If you are using our Arizona business address as your
business location in your public record, mail sent to our Arizona address can
be delayed due to the limitations of the local post office in Meadview, AZ.
2. In any situation (other agencies, taxation, bank
accounts, etc.) where you are using our Arizona address as your business
address it is STRONLY ENCOURAGED to then provide a MAILING ADDRESS using
our Las Vegas address located at 10409 Pacific Palisades Ave, Las Vegas
NV 89144.
3. Using our Las Vegas address as a mailing address will
ensure your mail received will be scanned and forwarded to you the same day of receipt.
Our address can be found
at this CONTACT US link. When
using our address for your business, it is strongly suggested that you also
provide a mailing address that comes directly to you for sensitive information
such as bank statements, credit cards, payments, etc.
Arizona Registered Agent
Service™ can also accept parcels, monetary instruments, credit or bank cards,
and mail that cannot be scanned or anything else that is not transmittable via
email should you subscribe to our MAIL FORWARDING service. This service carries an additional
fee and must be sent to our Las Vegas location. Please note that
any items received that are not electronically transmittable will incur an
administrative forwarding fee plus postage and/or shipping costs. Regardless of
your service agreement with us, we will always notify you of any mail,
packages, or service of process delivered to our address.
We’ve seen an increasing
trend where banks are verifying that business addresses are real, physical
business addresses. This verification is often required to comply with federal
banking regulations when opening or maintaining a U.S. business bank account.
Mailbox addresses, P.O. Boxes, and most apartment addresses are not allowed. A
business address must be a tangible location, such as a home, office, or office
suite in a corporate building. Some banks accept residential or business
addresses, while others only accept business addresses. Banks typically verify
compliance with the following:

Banks check the
address against the USPS database to determine whether it is a mailbox address.
It is common practice to use our address as your business address and also
provide your own address as a mailing address for sensitive financial
documents.
The following addresses
are not considered valid business addresses:

A Post Office Box
(P.O. Box) – a lockable mailbox located at a post office.
·
Mailbox rental store
addresses, such as The UPS Store, Postal Annex, and other local mailbox rental
providers.
·
Virtual mailbox
services or addresses flagged as Commercial Mail Receiving Agent (CMRA) in the
postal database.
Banks in Arizona are
becoming stricter about business address requirements. If you choose to use
your own address, be prepared to provide a lease or utility bill as
confirmation. Arizona Registered Agent Service™ can provide a written statement
verifying the validity of our business address, should you choose to use it.

PARCELS, PACKAGES, AND
NON-USPS DELIVERIES TO OUR ADDRESS
If you choose to ship any
item to our address, it must go to our Las Vegas office. You also must notify
us in writing with the following details: item description, tracking number,
carrier name, and delivery date. While we will make every effort to safely
receive and hold or forward your delivery, Arizona Registered Agent Service™
is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by extended
delivery hours or conditions beyond our control, including delivery errors,
incorrect shipping information, or carrier-related issues.
By choosing to ship to our address, you assume full
responsibility for the shipment. Insurance is available through your chosen
carrier and is highly recommended. BY USING OUR BUSINESS ADDRESS AND CHOOSING TO HAVE TO ITEMS
DELIVERED HERE YOU FURTHER AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE LIMITATIONS OF
